9 sheets plus some scrap pieces.. Now about all of these DO have some damage , chips, chunks out etc.. they are not water damaged. They are textured and primed. if used whole you would have to put some filler in bad spots or you could rip sheets narrower than 48" wide for soffit ,this is what i did with some. I have been hanging on to these for fixing up a old barn but have not done it yet so if interested will sell all for $60. last picture shows how i installed with sheets ripped a little narrower than 48" wide 2O8 three18 -
